Strategic demand generation professional responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate sales-qualified opportunities and nurture high-value accounts in a B2B ecommerce technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive sales-qualified opportunities across the marketing funnel
  • Design and manage 1:few programs including email nurtures, webinars, and paid media to enhance brand awareness and pipeline generation in targeted high-value accounts
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Lead on 1:many campaigns
  • Integrate marketing strategy, technology, and analytics using tools like HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce to create audience segments and optimize conversions through testing and iteration
  • Manage campaign performance reporting and achieve targets for pipeline contribution and sales-qualified opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Product Marketing teams

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with proven success in driving pipeline and sales-qualified opportunities
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in designing and executing scaled 1:many programs such as email nurtures, webinars, and paid campaigns, as well as 1:few account-based initiatives for specific segments
  • Advanced analytical abilities to create campaign reports, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize based on data
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales teams, including alignment on target accounts, opportunity definitions, and feedback mechanisms
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and multi-touch attribution in a SaaS or technology setting
  • Ability to work across U.S. and European time zones for a distributed global team
