We seek an expert AI-native Marketing Automation Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to oversee, integrate, and enhance AI tools throughout our marketing operations. This hands-on position focuses on executing and promoting AI adoption across key domains like content creation, campaigns, design, SEO, social media, and more, ensuring seamless workflows and team-wide usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute AI-powered content production for blogs, emails, landing pages, video scripts, social captions, and ad copy using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and content templates to uphold brand voice and standards
- Manage QA processes to review, refine, and approve AI-generated content before release
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets via AI workflows and document SOPs for repeatability
- Set up and manage AI-driven campaign orchestration across email, paid, and organic channels
- Utilize predictive AI for optimal send times, audience segments, and triggers; monitor performance and apply optimizations
- Build and maintain AI-scheduled campaign calendars; execute tasks per SOPs with benchmarks
- Produce on-brand visual assets using AI platforms like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or DALL-E
- Develop prompt frameworks and style guides for AI-generated imagery, graphics, and video thumbnails
- Support video production and basic editing with AI tools; deliver assets on time and to brand standards
- Perform AI-powered keyword research, topic clustering, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization with tools like Surfer SEO or SEMrush
- Generate SEO outlines, meta data, and drafts; lead GEO for AI search visibility; track rankings and report metrics
- Support technical SEO tasks such as internal linking, schema markup, and page speed checks
- Create, schedule, and publish AI-driven content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, using tools like Hootsuite AI
- Monitor sentiment and engagement with AI tools; build automated calendars and deliver weekly reports
- Repurpose content into social formats using AI
- Configure AI tools like Crayon for competitive monitoring; deliver briefings and maintain dashboards
- Surface insights on messaging gaps and opportunities; research PR targets
- Develop and test brand messaging with AI; run A/B tests and report variants
- Build AI-accessible brand knowledge base; generate media drafts with review
- Generate AI-assisted ad copy and assets; support campaign setup across platforms
- Leverage AI for bidding and optimization to improve ROAS and CPA; build reporting pipelines
- Deliver weekly paid media reports with AI analysis
- Manage AI-enhanced DAM systems like Bynder; integrate AI into CMS for personalization and SEO
- Use AI analytics for UX improvements; maintain asset governance with automation
- Build and enforce SOPs for AI integration into team workflows; conduct usage audits and training
- Evaluate new tools, run pilots, and track adoption metrics; coordinate with stakeholders for secure integration
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing execution across two or more domains: Content Generation, Campaign Management, Graphic Design, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Competitive Analysis, Messaging & Branding, Ad Management, Digital Asset Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to retention
- Experience supporting multiple marketing channels with consistent quality
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and strong editorial judgment for AI content
- Comfortable working independently with SOPs, goals, and asynchronous communication
- Proven ability to document workflows and build repeatable systems
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and reusable AI prompt libraries
- Experience with GEO and AI search strategies
- Background in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign
- Experience managing DAM systems and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
- Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA in AI marketing
