ORDR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead content-led digital demand generation programs that convert high-intent audiences into qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue across product-led and sales-led motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content-led digital demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals for both PLG and SLG.
  • Prioritize content investment and channel mix based on pipeline potential and funnel impact.
  • Build digital programs that generate qualified meetings and convert into pipeline.
  • Own strategy and execution of digital content programs including long-form, thought leadership, campaign assets, landing pages, and always-on content.
  • Execute multi-channel digital programs across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and amplify content through digital channels to drive engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with sales and SDR teams to identify engagement gaps and build programs that accelerate pipeline.
  • Optimize content experiences, landing pages, and nurture programs for conversion toward qualified meetings.
  • Explore and test AI tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, and operational efficiency.
  • Own KPIs tied to qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and program efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue through digital programs.
  • Experience operating across both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions.
  • Strong background in content strategy, campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working closely with sales to support opportunity creation and deal acceleration.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to improve content development, campaign execution, and productivity.
  • Ability to think in terms of meetings, pipeline, and revenue while using data and experimentation to optimize performance.
