Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, technology, and partner relations teams to synchronize messaging, promotions, and advisor exposure on the platform.
  • Develop and monitor marketing performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as channel metrics, cost per lead, conversion rates, and MQL quantities.
  • Manage the consumer social media schedule, including daily content posting, audience interaction, and community engagement on major platforms.
  • Enhance and refine email marketing initiatives, encompassing newsletters, nurturing sequences, and automated triggers to advance prospects to inquiries.
  • Produce landing pages, website content, and SEO/AEO plans to boost organic reach and conversions.
  • Experiment with and refine creatives, messages, and target audiences in paid media to maximize return on investment.
  • Keep abreast of trends in travel and digital marketing, integrating innovative tools and practices to elevate campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles emphasizing consumer audiences.
  • Established success in handling campaigns across social, email, PPC, SEO channels (AEO is advantageous).
  • Background in creating and refining lead generation systems yielding trackable MQLs for sales, partners, or extended teams.
  • Robust analytical abilities, including direct involvement in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and funnel enhancements.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Practical use of Microsoft Planner for project coordination.
  • Superior communication abilities to convert strategies into precise briefs and materials.
  • Prior work in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is desirable but optional.
