Strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager sought to lead integrated omnichannel campaigns for clients in healthcare and wellness, blending brand strategy, digital performance, and customer engagement to deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies spanning paid media, social, email, SEO, video, web, SMS, and experiential channels
- Align campaigns with business goals, product launches, and promotional calendars while optimizing customer journeys and conversions
- Oversee campaign execution and performance on Meta, Google, YouTube, email platforms, SEO, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to produce high-performing content and messaging strategies
- Analyze campaign metrics, ROI, and audience insights to inform ongoing optimizations and strategic recommendations
- Ensure brand consistency and support messaging differentiation across all touchpoints
- Plan and promote client events and experiential activations, coordinating paid, email, landing page, and follow-up nurture components
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports focused on lead generation, engagement, and retention KPIs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams while managing timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing strategy roles
- Strong grasp of omnichannel strategy and customer journey optimization
- Hands-on proficiency with paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication, organization, and project leadership capabilities
- Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency setting
- Retail, healthcare, lifestyle, or consumer marketing experience is a plus
- Agency experience preferred
