Hands-on growth marketer responsible for driving qualified new client acquisition and booked appointments for a multi-location non-toxic nail care brand across NYC studios through paid search, local SEO, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new client acquisition across studio locations via Google Ads, paid search, Meta Ads, local campaigns, and referral programs.
  • Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility for each studio.
  • Build, test, and optimize neighborhood-specific landing pages, offers, and booking paths.
  • Track and report on new client bookings, CAC, website-to-booking conversion, and channel performance by location.
  • Identify high-performing neighborhoods, keywords, services, and campaigns.
  • Optimize the booking funnel to increase first-time appointments.
  • Partner with internal marketing on local community, events, and partnerships supporting acquisition.
  • Collaborate with retention and email teams to improve first-time client follow-up and second-visit conversion.
  • Use weekly data to recommend actionable changes and support location-specific growth plans for new or underperforming studios.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable executing campaigns directly in Google Ads, GA4, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, landing pages, UTM tracking, and reporting.
  • Prior experience growing booked appointments or visits for local service, wellness, beauty, salon, or multi-location retail businesses.
  • Strong focus on connecting marketing to revenue outcomes including new clients, CAC, conversion rate, repeat visits, and package conversion.
  • Able to analyze weekly performance data, diagnose issues, and recommend practical tests without needing perfect attribution.
  • Understands that each location requires tailored messaging, offers, and local strategy rather than a single campaign structure.
  • Uses AI tools to accelerate keyword research, local analysis, ad testing, landing page iteration, and reporting.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable with direct execution and a starting budget of ~$8,000.
