The Marketing Manager leads development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive patient acquisition, and support retention across multiple oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
- Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor activity to shape marketing strategy.
- Oversee creation and distribution of branded content including brochures, website material, and promotional pieces.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, community groups, and referral partners.
- Design and implement patient acquisition strategies including social media advertising and referral programs.
- Oversee patient retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up communications.
- Manage online presence including website, social media profiles, and online directories while optimizing visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine tactics.
- Manage content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and video.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to produce compliant, educational content that promotes services.
- Track and report marketing ROI and budget performance.
- Coordinate events and community outreach to increase brand visibility and educate the public.
- Regularly report KPIs and marketing metrics to senior management and use data to guide decisions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Experience in brand management and content creation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and marketing compliance.
- Experience in multi-location healthcare settings preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and maintain reliable transportation.
