The Physician Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for demand creation, executing marketing strategy and promoting USA Clinics Group services to healthcare providers through in-person, phone, and email outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote USA Clinics Group services by contacting healthcare providers via multiple channels
- Distribute clinical information and marketing materials to physicians and healthcare professionals
- Generate new opportunities through calls to physician offices and healthcare organizations
- Follow-up with physicians to collect feedback and address questions
- Provide approved service information to physicians
- Execute marketing strategies including delivering branded messages and scheduling educational programs
- Achieve or exceed territory sales targets and perform detailed territory analysis
- Attend community and networking events to represent the company
- Participate in required meetings and foster collaborative team relationships
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Outside sales or business development experience required
- Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience preferred
- General medical knowledge of services, treatments, and equipment
- Willingness to travel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM and activity reporting software is a plus
- Ability to drive business results and maintain accurate records of appointments and sales
