NIVA Health seeks a Facility Focused Wound Care Referral Representative to drive marketing initiatives and foster partnerships with healthcare facilities, delivering advanced wound care services to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing plans to broaden collaborations with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospitals, and physician practices.
- Cultivate enduring connections with key stakeholders including administrators, nursing directors, and case managers.
- Advocate for NIVA Health’s wound care offerings via in-person presentations, training sessions, and facility engagements.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing and communications with referral partners.
- Achieve or surpass monthly targets for referrals and expansion, overseeing pipelines and monitoring metrics using CRM tools.
- Facilitate the integration of new facility partners and ensure seamless progression from referrals to treatment.
- Keep precise records and adhere to HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance partner experiences and refine service provision.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar discipline (preferred).
- At least 2-3 years in healthcare sales, facility promotion, or referral expansion.
- Solid knowledge of skilled nursing and assisted living operations, referral processes, and post-acute settings.
- Demonstrated achievements in expanding territories and generating referrals.
- Superior abilities in communication, presenting, and developing relationships.
- Capacity to autonomously oversee territories and schedule outreach activities.
- Competence in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Current driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and valid auto coverage.
