The Marketing Manager position at Auror involves serving as the key expert for the law enforcement segment, developing go-to-market strategies that leverage deep industry insights to expand the network, enhance engagement, and drive revenue through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the law enforcement sector, including buyer behaviors, operations, funding, and influencers, to guide internal decisions on go-to-market, campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with the law enforcement team to define target audiences, messaging, and positioning, while shaping initiatives for partnerships and key industry events
- Partner with demand generation to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with segment goals and accountability for pipeline and revenue results
- Align with partners like Axon to support joint go-to-market activities and maintain consistent branding across channels
- Lead content development for the segment, including case studies, webinars, and research, to establish Auror as a thought leader
- Work with customer success to address adoption challenges and create enablement resources that promote active participation in the Auror Network
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong knowledge or keen interest in law enforcement operations, decision-making, and technology adoption
- Prior experience in marketing to law enforcement, public sector, or regulated industries is advantageous
- Proficient in go-to-market strategies, translating sector insights into effective positioning and programs
- Strategic mindset for identifying opportunities, directing messaging, and influencing campaign development
