Strategic position overseeing global integrated marketing campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives to enhance demand generation and pipeline across retail sectors in North America, UK & Europe, and ANZ regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals across regions.
  • Build campaign plans utilizing paid media, ABM, content syndication, email, webinars, and events with consistent messaging and metrics.
  • Create vertically-targeted campaigns for key retail segments, adapting global positioning regionally.
  • Define campaign messaging with Product Marketing and manage briefs from planning to analysis.
  • Handle campaign reporting, performance tracking, optimization, and KPI setting.
  • Achieve campaign-sourced pipeline targets by vertical and region, including engagement and opportunity metrics.
  • Streamline campaign launch cycles using repeatable global playbooks.
  • Design and implement ABM programs across tiers, from programmatic to personalized campaigns.
  • Utilize sales-provided account lists for targeted programs by segment, vertical, and region.
  • Develop vertical-specific landing pages, messaging, and proof points.
  • Leverage intent data and buying signals for prioritizing accounts and coordinating with sales.
  • Execute LinkedIn ABM programs and integrate data with RevOps for rep prioritization.
  • Foster campaign-to-outbound alignment with sales teams.
  • Own vertical-specific campaign architecture aligning global and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads to localize global campaigns.
  • Create reusable campaign playbooks for regional adaptation.
  • Align with sales on messaging, account priorities, and follow-up strategies.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing for asset development and sales enablement.
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing webinar programs and repurposing content across channels.
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms and intent data tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with content syndication and paid demand channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure impact and derive recommendations from data.
  • Excellent project management to handle multiple programs effectively.
  • Proven collaboration with sales teams and strong sales-marketing alignment.
  • Global company experience managing multi-region campaigns preferred.
  • SaaS or enterprise technology background strongly preferred; retail, security, or public safety experience a bonus.
  • Alignment with company guiding principles.
