Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business development team in handling and qualifying incoming leads with prompt responses.

  • Update and manage the CRM system with contact details, notes, actions, and pursuits; analyze data for emerging chances.

  • Nurture ongoing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and development contacts via consistent engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years in marketing, business development coordination, or similar role
  • Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or professional services advantageous
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Insightly and relevant marketing/BD tools
