The Partner Enablement Specialist will lead the development and implementation of marketing programs for Neostella’s partner ecosystem, focusing on strategies that enhance partner capabilities to promote and sell the legal technology platform, driving revenue through collaborative initiatives and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the partner marketing roadmap aligned with go-to-market priorities
  • Define annual and quarterly co-marketing plans
  • Identify strategic partners for joint campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Align partner marketing efforts with product launches and company priorities
  • Establish structured marketing support for new partner onboarding
  • Plan and execute multi-channel co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, co-branded content, and campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines, messaging, creative assets, and campaign activation
  • Partner with Demand Generation to amplify high-impact partner campaigns
  • Ensure all partner campaigns align with Neostella’s positioning and value narrative
  • Develop and maintain co-branded assets such as solution briefs, one-pagers, case studies, sales materials, and partner landing pages
  • Ensure alignment with Product Marketing messaging and brand standards
  • Maintain and organize a partner asset library for ongoing use
  • Establish and manage a structured communication cadence, including partner newsletters, product updates, and campaign calendars
  • Support the development of referral programs, affiliate marketing initiatives, and sponsorship strategies
  • Research industry trends and partner go-to-market strategies to inform program growth
  • Gather structured feedback from partners on market positioning, competitors, and customer objections
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen joint solution narratives and market differentiation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or related roles
  • Strong English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create onboarding, adoption, or post-sale enablement materials in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Experience planning and supporting webinars, co-marketing campaigns, or partnered events
  • Experience working with partnerships or channel programs
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with U.S.-based teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset
