Hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role focused on owning end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns, marketing operations, and performance analytics for a scaling enterprise SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, organic, web and content.
- Operate internal marketing automation and CRM platforms to optimise lead routing, segmentation, nurturing and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards; track, analyse and report channel performance, attribution, ROI and pipeline contribution to leadership.
- Direct external SEO and paid media agencies, setting performance metrics and optimising spend against commercial outcomes.
- Partner with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, strong data hygiene and continuous lead-lifecycle optimisation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations experience.
- Proven track record owning full campaigns measured on qualified pipeline and revenue ROI.
- Hands-on experience configuring and running in-house CRM/marketing automation systems.
- Experience directing external paid media and SEO agencies with focus on metrics and commercial accountability.
- Must be based within daily commuting distance of Swansea for hybrid working.
- Strong operational and analytical skills; not a brand/PR or agency-only background.
