Mid-senior marketer responsible for planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns across global markets with strong focus on AMER and support for EMEA to create pipeline and accelerate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns mapped to segments, personas, and buyer stages to generate leads, MQLs, and pipeline
  • Apply AI tools for content creation, segmentation, performance analysis, and faster reporting while maintaining quality
  • Run full-funnel ABM programs using email, paid, and outbound channels informed by intent data; collaborate with sales on account-specific plans
  • Manage logistics and execution for EMEA events (trade shows, conferences, dinners, webinars) and support AMER events, integrating events into campaign strategy
  • Align campaigns with sales, content, product marketing, partner marketing, CS, and RevOps teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate lead tracking in Salesforce and Marketo
  • Set and manage campaign/event budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines; forecast, track, and report performance against goals

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or subscription businesses; agency experience advantageous
  • Proven success delivering integrated ABM campaigns and multi-channel demand programs that drive measurable pipeline
  • Experience managing event logistics across regions and partnering with sales on revenue-aligned marketing plans
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) for campaign development, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce) plus intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Strong project management, written/verbal communication, and data-driven forecasting/reporting abilities
