Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Performance Marketing to convert channel goals and testing into effective creative concepts.
- Manage full creative process from briefing and ideation to final editing, refreshing existing UGC, founder, and studio content while commissioning new shoots.
- Implement data-driven optimization by analyzing results to enhance hooks, messaging, and narratives for better conversions.
- Collaborate with editors, copywriters, and production teams for timely asset delivery, influencing content at brand shoots for paid social needs.
- Oversee paid social asset library and UGC budget to produce scalable, authentic content.
- Serve as creative advocate in Digital team, sharing performance data and iterations with senior leaders including the CMO.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in paid social creative, performance marketing, or digital advertising in-house or agency settings.
- Solid grasp of creative’s role in funnel performance, especially mid- and lower-funnel.
- Skill in leveraging data and insights for creative choices and improvements.
- Creative mindset with keen aesthetic sense, detail focus, and business acumen.
- Ability to juggle projects and stakeholders in a high-speed setting.
- Effective cross-functional communicator skilled in clear idea presentation.
