Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, content, email, events, and web channels to boost qualified pipeline growth
  • Operate with pace and ownership, managing time efficiently, removing obstacles proactively, and communicating needs clearly
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, partnering with Sales and Account Management to target and engage key accounts
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for seamless lead handovers, defined processes, and robust pipeline advancement
  • Utilize Clay and intent data tools to construct, enhance, and activate prospect lists for accurate targeting in paid and outbound efforts
  • Analyze campaign and funnel metrics, applying insights to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation in software, technology, or financial services
  • Hands-on expertise in ABM strategy and implementation, covering account selection, personalization, and measurement
  • Practical knowledge of Clay or comparable data enrichment tools for creating and activating targeted prospect lists
  • Strong proficiency in AI, including experience with tools like Claude to enhance marketing processes, output quality, and efficiency
  • Robust data-oriented approach, capable of evaluating funnel performance and fostering ongoing enhancements
