Hands-on growth role owning experimentation and optimisation across inbound marketing channels to generate and convert leads for flexible workspace locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run paid acquisition across social, search and remarketing channels day-to-day
- Design and iterate CRM and email nurture flows from initial enquiry to tour to paid membership
- Execute CRO tests on high-traffic pages and identify/fix funnel leakage each month
- Develop referral programmes, walk-in capture and other member-driven IRL growth initiatives
- Brief and launch search-optimised content using AI, manage Google Business Profiles and build hub assets for new site launches
- Lead digital go-to-market and lead-gen activity for new location openings
Qualifications
- High-agency, proactive mindset with bias to shipping experiments quickly
- Data-fluent with strong spreadsheet skills and confident working in GA4; SQL/BI exposure advantageous
- Creative judgement combined with commercial sharpness; idea volume and ability to link work to revenue/leads
- Independent learner who rapidly masters new tools, channels and concepts
- Right to work in the UK
