Drive global go-to-market strategy and execution for the insurance portfolio, partnering with Sales to generate demand and revenue through targeted campaigns and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage global GtM plans covering product launches, messaging, competitive positioning and cross-functional coordination
  • Produce clear solution positioning and supporting assets including playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos and one-pagers
  • Run sales enablement sessions, refine collateral based on feedback and track usage data
  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns in German and English across webinars, paid social, email, search, PR and ABM
  • Organize and deliver divisional presence at events, conferences and roundtables in coordination with central events teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years B2B marketing or sales experience in financial services, ideally insurance
  • Demonstrated success marketing to senior insurance decision-makers and performing sales enablement
  • C2-level fluency in German and English for creating and reviewing customer-facing content
  • Strong project-management discipline and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive communicator with creative problem-solving skills
