Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows for nurturing, follow-up, and conversion
- Own email marketing including newsletters, nurture programs, webinar and event promotions, and outbound sequences
- Partner with Sales to enhance lead follow-up and conversion processes
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to integrate customer insights into campaigns
- Work with Design and external partners to create high-quality campaign assets
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Experiment with new channels, tools, and AI to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or similar field
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, focusing on workflows and campaign execution
- Proficiency in running email programs that boost engagement and conversion
- Solid grasp of marketing’s impact on revenue generation beyond lead quantity
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus
- Data-savvy with skills in analysis for informed decision-making
