We are seeking an Integrated Marketing & Growth Manager to lead marketing strategy in Australia, overseeing comprehensive campaigns centered on product advantages and collaborating with acquisition channels to enhance efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including competitive analysis, content planning, storytelling, and performance evaluation
- Create engaging, locally tailored stories that highlight product benefits as reliable value propositions for Australian investors
- Collaborate with acquisition teams in paid, SEM/SEO, social, KOLs, and communities to boost conversion rates and operational efficiency
- Utilize data for trend identification, issue diagnosis, and evidence-based decisions, such as attribution modeling and anomaly detection
- Monitor fintech and brokerage competitors globally to inform and refine marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Over 5 years in marketing or growth roles, with proven success in directing full-cycle integrated campaigns
- Background in fintech, brokerage, or financial services strongly desired
- Knowledge of the Australian market and investor behaviors
- Active participation as an investor in AU, US, or HK markets, with expertise in stocks, options, and ETFs
- Robust analytical approach to convert data into actionable strategies
- Practical use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in marketing or growth contexts
- Superior skills in cross-team collaboration and a focus on achieving results
