We seek a bilingual Product Growth Manager to direct the market entry strategy for a rebranded AI solution aimed at small and medium enterprises, including narrative development, launch coordination, and fostering presence in the US SMB sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Product Hunt launch scheduled for early May 2026.
- Craft targeted positioning and messaging for SMB customers.
- Coordinate launch efforts with external agencies.
- Design and develop demonstration and use-case videos.
- Compile a comprehensive collection of product marketing materials.
- Produce user-friendly product guides and documentation.
- Perform user interviews to collect valuable insights.
- Apply feedback to refine messaging and prioritize features.
- Serve as primary coordinator for interactions with influencer agencies, launch partners, and creative teams.
- Collaborate with product managers on strategic alignment and communication.
- Engage in San Francisco networking events, meetups, and hackathons.
- Cultivate connections in the startup and SMB communities.
- Facilitate growth through community initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in product marketing, preferably with SaaS or AI products.
- Deep knowledge of SMB markets and go-to-market approaches.
- Demonstrated success in Product Hunt product launches.
- Capability to produce or supervise premium marketing materials including videos, documents, and campaigns.
- Background in user research and interviews.
- Robust project management abilities involving diverse stakeholders and agencies.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin for team and partner interactions.
