Lead marketing strategy and execution for a major on-demand delivery platform, driving campaigns that deliver growth and shape user engagement across multiple service verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing lifecycle from strategy and creative briefing to execution and optimisation across delivery verticals.
  • Translate business goals into impactful campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and scalable results.
  • Partner with Operations and commercial teams to address challenges through data-led marketing initiatives.
  • Balance aggressive growth, retention, and defensive strategies across multiple verticals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, PR, Creative, Agencies, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee and mentor a marketing team, prioritise workloads, and ensure high performance across concurrent projects.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain execution momentum to deliver campaigns at scale.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in marketing, growth, integrated campaigns, or brand strategy
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong commercial instinct linking marketing to business performance
  • Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams
  • Comfortable in high-growth, high-pressure environments with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Background in tech, platform, delivery, e-commerce, or consumer businesses is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
