Lead the optimization and growth of the company website as a key revenue driver, focusing on conversion improvements, experimentation with AI tools, and autonomous management within the marketing team in a remote-first UK-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize the website growth roadmap aligned with pipeline and acquisition objectives
- Optimize conversions across critical user journeys including homepage, product pages, pricing, trial, and demo flows
- Accelerate experimentation through rapid hypothesis testing and insight generation using AI tools
- Design and build pages from concept to launch using HubSpot CMS with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement technical architecture for enhanced search and AI visibility, including schema markup and structured data
- Maintain website performance by monitoring Core Web Vitals, technical health, and load speeds
- Analyze data from GA4, heatmaps, and session records to inform strategic decisions
- Enhance CMS architecture for scalability, quick updates, and consistent quality
Qualifications
- Proven track record in CRO and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot CMS and CRM
- Understanding of AI tools for agentic web development and MPC
- Strong UX/UI design instincts
- Rigorous testing and experimentation methodologies
- Ability to own a growth channel autonomously
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making with GA4, attribution, and funnel analysis
- High standards for UX and messaging quality and clarity

- B2B SaaS or fintech experience (preferred)
