The Growth Operations Lead plays a central role in Gatekeeper’s demand generation strategy, overseeing campaign implementation, marketing operations, and website optimization. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot as the core marketing system, handling properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, routing, consent protocols, and related documentation.
  • Create and sustain marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign coordination to fuel pipeline expansion.
  • Maintain database integrity via deduplication, data standardization, suppression handling, and GDPR adherence.
  • Uphold precise lifecycle definitions, routing mechanisms, and pipeline frameworks for reliable reporting and forecasting.
  • Design, execute, and refine paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube pre-roll, and geo-specific initiatives.
  • Track campaign results and align ad expenditures with pipeline impact and revenue generation.
  • Test variations in creatives, messaging, audiences, and targeting to enhance conversions and lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Explore innovative ad formats, including those powered by LLMs or contextual targeting.
  • Oversee website functionality, including structure, metadata, crawl efficiency, schema implementation, redirects, and speed.
  • Handle Google Tag Manager setup, GA4 integration, conversion monitoring, and event tracking.

  • Develop and launch landing pages, nurture sequences, and AI-enhanced email campaigns tailored to buyer personas and stages.
  • Execute email marketing with focus on segmentation, delivery improvements, and performance analytics.
  • Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, calls-to-action, subject lines, forms, and lead capture to elevate conversions.
  • Apply AI for audience analysis, campaign planning, and result evaluation.
  • Design and update dashboards for monitoring funnel metrics, campaign contributions, and conversion rates.
  • Assess emerging AI solutions and automation to enhance campaign outcomes and processes.
