Remote Growth Marketing Lead for Biotechnology Company at Pearl, Remote in Mexico

Remote Growth Marketing Lead role for a multi-brand biotech company focused on stem cell banking and cellular technology. The position owns the full marketing stack across four to five brands and is accountable for driving measurable ROI through SEO, paid advertising, and organic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO technical implementation including tags, metadata, and site structure, plus content strategy for core brands
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns with focus on direct-to-consumer conversions
• Create and manage organic multi-platform content including static social and imaging assets
• Hit minimum 3x ROI on paid campaigns and scale budgets accordingly
• Grow organic search authority and maintain consistent content cadence across platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in growth marketing, SEO, and digital marketing with end-to-end ownership for at least one brand or product line
• Hands-on SEO execution covering technical setup and content strategy
• Hands-on paid advertising execution including campaign building, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Proven 3x+ ROI/ROAS on paid campaigns with documented metrics
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Experience creating and managing organic content across multiple platforms
• C1+ English proficiency for client-facing communication
• Nice-to-have: multi-brand management, health/biotech industry experience, AI tools proficiency, founder or early-stage startup experience, DTC marketing results
