We are looking for a SaaS Marketing Lead to manage and expand the company’s marketing efforts and social media footprint. This position involves boosting awareness, generating demand, and enhancing brand visibility through primary digital platforms. The right fit will merge strategic planning with practical implementation, establishing a marketing framework while overseeing campaigns, content, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the comprehensive marketing strategy
- Design and oversee campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline
- Select and focus on effective growth channels
- Direct social media activities on platforms like LinkedIn and X
- Formulate and carry out a unified content plan supporting brand and expansion objectives
- Produce or supervise high-caliber content including posts, threads, visuals, and short videos
- Monitor trends and adjust communications for optimal audience reach and interaction
- Construct and refine lead generation processes
- Initiate and handle paid and organic efforts to attract inbound leads
- Collaborate with sales to boost conversion rates throughout the funnel
- Monitor, evaluate, and report essential marketing indicators such as traffic, engagement, leads, and customer acquisition cost
- Apply insights to enhance campaigns and communications continually
- Set up monitoring tools and reporting systems
- Polish and reinforce brand tone and market stance
- Maintain uniformity in branding across all channels and interactions
- Partner with product, sales, and executive teams
- Synchronize marketing activities with product releases and organizational goals
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in SaaS marketing, preferably in B2B contexts
- Extensive involvement in handling social media and content-based expansion
- Practical knowledge in lead generation and funnel refinement
- Capability to perform strategically and operationally
- Robust analytical abilities with a data-oriented decision process
