Lead commercial marketing strategy and execution across the Growth and Scale business units, translating BU objectives into measurable acquisition, pipeline and retention programmes while coaching two Marketing Coordinators and collaborating with a central marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the annual marketing roadmap and commercial brief for Growth and Scale BUs
  • Design and manage full-funnel demand-generation plans, optimising acquisition channels and lead quality
  • Drive lifecycle and retention initiatives in partnership with Customer Success to support renewals and expansion
  • Track, analyse and report marketing contribution against pipeline, conversion and retention KPIs
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and line management to two Marketing Coordinators
  • Influence and align with central marketing on brand, reporting and shared priorities

Qualifications

  • End-to-end ownership of marketing performance in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing full-funnel programmes from acquisition through to retention and expansion
  • Proven track record of close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success as commercial partners
  • Previous coaching or line-management of junior marketers
  • Strong operating skills in matrixed organisations through influence and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working in a remote-first setting
