As Web Growth Lead, you will manage the Vestd website as a key revenue generator, leading optimization efforts, experiments, and AI-driven innovations to boost pipeline metrics and user engagement in a remote UK-based marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prioritize website growth roadmap aligned with pipeline and acquisition objectives
  • Optimize conversions across critical user journeys including homepage, product pages, pricing, and trial/demo flows
  • Accelerate experimentation through hypothesis testing and AI tools to shorten cycles from idea to insight
  • Design and build pages from concept to launch using Hubspot CMS, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Implement technical architecture for search and AI visibility, including schema markup and structured data
  • Maintain website performance focusing on Core Web Vitals, technical health, and load speed
  • Analyze data from GA4, heatmaps, and session insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Enhance CMS architecture for scalability, rapid updates, and consistent quality

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in CRO and conversion rate enhancements
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Advanced expertise in Hubspot CMS and CRM
  • Familiarity with AI tools for web development and optimization
