Owns and executes field marketing strategy for a fast-growing hospitality tech company to raise brand visibility and drive user acquisition across UK cities through real-world activations and local growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and execute city and suburb launch playbooks while incorporating ground-level insights to refine the approach with each market entry.
  • Hire, train, and manage brand ambassadors and flyering teams, overseeing location selection, route planning, scripts, uniforms, and quality standards.
  • Align field activations with supply and demand by coordinating with the sales team to time activities with new restaurant onboarding.
  • Design and run guerrilla and local marketing activations including venue partnerships, community events, pop-ups, local sponsorships, and neighbourhood stunts.
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver in-venue activations such as giveaways, promotional materials, staff training, and launch night events.
  • Scale field efforts during national and seasonal campaigns to complement paid media and drive performance in target postcodes.
  • Track and report performance metrics including installs, first bookings, cost per acquisition, and retention by suburb and activation type.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors, field staff agencies, and local partners while maintaining brand standards and controlling budgets.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience in field marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, or local growth roles.
  • Previous experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, hospitality, food and beverage, or related sectors.
  • Ability to work independently while owning outcomes, demonstrating a strong bias for action, testing, and data-driven iteration.
  • Organised and practical with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously across different cities.
  • Comfortable representing the brand publicly and working directly with restaurant partners, agencies, and local stakeholders.
  • Hands-on people manager with proven experience hiring and motivating casual or contract field teams.
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK and willing to travel regularly across UK markets.
