Lead app acquisition and growth strategies for Lyst’s global fashion platform, optimizing paid channels, measurement systems, and cross-team collaborations to enhance performance and decision-making in mobile marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own app acquisition strategy for major paid channels like Meta, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns/UAC
  • Optimize channel performance through audience targeting, creative development, bidding strategies, funnel improvements, and budget distribution
  • Manage app marketing measurement and attribution for key metrics including installs, CAC, ROAS, retention, cohort quality, and conversions
  • Oversee and refine MMP and app measurement infrastructure, including attribution, integrations, event mapping, validation, and data maintenance
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to enhance tracking, event accuracy, funnel insights, and reporting
  • Convert technical measurement challenges into actionable commercial insights and recommendations
  • Create and manage an experimentation roadmap covering acquisition, creative, audience, funnel performance, and incrementality testing
  • Establish robust performance reporting standards focused on clarity, utility, and business priorities
  • Implement scalable processes for app marketing, including testing frameworks, reporting, prioritization, and performance oversight

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in app performance marketing, growth, mobile measurement, or MarTech roles
  • Practical experience with app acquisition channels, especially Meta Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns/UAC
  • Deep knowledge of mobile attribution and privacy issues like ATT, SKAN, and post-IDFA constraints
  • Proficiency in managing MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for attribution, event setup, and integrations
  • Advanced analytical and commercial skills linking measurement to strategy, budgeting, and outcomes
  • Ability to analyze app metrics deeply, explain data confidence, causes, and next steps
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams for tracking and reporting improvements
  • Comfort with tools like Looker and Excel for reporting
  • Meticulous attention to detail, judgment, and structured problem-solving
  • Effective communication of technical ideas to non-experts
  • Background in developing testing, reporting, measurement, or growth processes
  • Familiarity with app economics including LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality, and cohort analysis
  • Desirable: Ecommerce, marketplace, fashion, or high-volume performance marketing experience
  • Desirable: Web performance marketing involvement
  • Desirable: Advanced methods like incrementality testing, lift studies, MMM
