Qualifications

  • 6+ years in full marketing lifecycle at fast-growing tech firms, with 2+ in startups building from scratch
  • Proven ability to link marketing to MQLs and revenue
  • Experience as first or second marketing hire owning outcomes independently
  • Strong writing skills for challenger brands and strategic copy
  • Daily use of AI tools for efficient drafting, research, and iteration
  • Skill in translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and minimal oversight
  • Preferred: sustainability/climate sector experience, marketing technical products to non-technical buyers, SEO knowledge, Figma proficiency
