Seeking a proactive Growth Lead to spearhead the introduction and expansion of an AI-driven SaaS solution for small and medium-sized enterprises, managing go-to-market plans, customer acquisition, and initial product scaling in close partnership with founders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for product introductions.
  • Propel product development from inception to expansion, including initial market positioning and scaling user acquisition.
  • Plan and implement growth tests in areas like user onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Establish ideal customer profiles, branding, and communications using customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Oversee product launches on platforms like Product Hunt and lead community-based growth efforts.
  • Construct and refine conversion pathways, such as website landing pages, user signup processes, and pricing structures.
  • Perform customer interviews and apply findings to enhance product features and growth tactics.
  • Produce content for product promotion, including demonstrations, application examples, and launch materials.
  • Partner with product and engineering groups to rapidly refine functionalities and user experiences.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, such as marketing firms or content creators, when required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated background in launching products from scratch in startups or emerging companies.
  • Established success in boosting user engagement, activation rates, or income generation.
  • Practical expertise in go-to-market planning, product rollouts, and growth implementation.
  • Versatile approach spanning product development, marketing, and expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with conducting tests like A/B comparisons, signup flow enhancements, and pathway optimizations.
  • Adaptability to dynamic, uncertain settings with significant autonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for articulating product benefits into concise communications.
  • Background in AI technologies, software-as-a-service models, or developer platforms preferred.
