Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market approaches for product introductions.
- Propel initial product expansion from concept positioning to expanded user acquisition.
- Plan and implement growth tests focusing on user onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Identify ideal customer profiles, positioning, and communication strategies using customer feedback and market data.
- Oversee Product Hunt product releases and additional community-based growth efforts.
- Construct and refine conversion pathways including website pages, user onboarding processes, and pricing models.
- Perform user interviews and apply findings to enhance product features and growth tactics.
- Produce content for product promotion such as demonstrations, application examples, and launch materials.
- Partner with product and engineering groups to rapidly refine features and user interfaces.
- Coordinate with outside collaborators including agencies, content creators, and distribution channels when required.

- Demonstrated background in launching products from scratch in startups or nascent companies.
- Established success in boosting user engagement, activation rates, or revenue generation.
- Practical knowledge of go-to-market planning, product rollouts, and growth implementation.
