Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated digital growth plan, identifying opportunities across platforms and establishing efficient content systems that align with the brand’s mission.
- Direct social media efforts on Instagram and TikTok, including strategy formulation, content posting, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Oversee content production processes, lead creative sessions, handle occasional filming and editing, ensure narrative consistency, and uphold brand standards.
- Manage limited advertising budgets, experiment with paid campaigns to promote events and music releases.
- Facilitate music marketing initiatives, such as release promotions, Spotify audience expansion, and targeted outreach within the Christian music sector.
