Seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to bolster sales and marketing activities for an expanding firm focused on team-building, corporate training, and retreat organization serving nationwide clients. This position supports revenue expansion via outbound engagement, campaign implementation, content development, and CRM oversight, blending strategic input with practical tasks in a remote setting with periodic San Diego travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective leads in key sectors
- Perform initial contact through email, LinkedIn, and calls, including follow-ups and prospecting
- Assess client requirements and aid in opportunity evaluation
- Develop and revise sales materials like presentations, proposals, and agreements
- Track sales pipeline and activities in HubSpot, generating reports and analytics
- Schedule sales interactions, meetings, and demonstrations
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media management on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Produce blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Create simple visual assets with tools like Canva
- Handle email campaigns and performance monitoring for strategy adjustments
- Conduct market analysis, branding support, and competitor evaluation
- Oversee HubSpot data for sales and marketing, including contact organization and metric tracking
- Maintain asset libraries for sales and marketing resources
- Aid in virtual and in-person event planning, promotions, trade shows, and networking
- Manage event logistics and explore vendor or nonprofit partnerships
- Investigate new program activities and experiences
- Perform market research to enhance targeting and messaging
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and partners on project delivery
- Update sales and marketing documentation as required
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Background in sales outreach or lead generation support
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Skills in producing content for social media, blogs, or emails
- Fundamental design knowledge using Canva or equivalents
- Superior written and spoken English communication
- Capacity for independent work in dynamic settings
- Robust research and analytical problem-solving
- Valid US visa required
