Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads by responding promptly, engaging prospects, posing targeted questions, and scheduling qualified meetings accurately
- Conduct thorough research on accounts, industries, and AI applications prior to discussions
- Utilize CRM and sales tools proficiently to log activities, maintain data integrity, and generate team insights
- Handle coordination across US and European time zones
- Partner with Account Executives for effective lead handoffs
- Identify trends in inbound inquiries and report to marketing and sales leaders
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in inbound SDR or comparable sales development positions
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in adopting new systems, maintaining CRM accuracy, and independently sourcing information
- Authentic curiosity about challenges in banking, insurance, and logistics sectors
- Robust organizational abilities to juggle multiple leads across stages
- Self-motivated work style with reliability in cross-time-zone operations
- Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or agentic AI; familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft; enthusiasm for AI agents, automation, or process transformation; additional European languages
