Key Responsibilities

• Oversee executive scheduling, prioritize tasks, and organize cross-departmental meetings while tracking action items and resolving obstacles.
• Monitor marketing initiatives across teams, ensure timely delivery, maintain performance dashboards, and aid in recruitment and integration.
• Apply AI technologies like ChatGPT and automation tools to enhance workflows, develop standard procedures, and deploy simple systems to cut down manual efforts.
• Facilitate marketing activities including event planning, content reviews, inter-team communications, and routine performance assessments.
• Handle travel arrangements, vendor relations, personal scheduling, and filter external interactions.

Qualifications
