Growth-oriented marketing professional supporting paid media campaigns, content creation, and email initiatives to drive lead generation and brand growth for a nationwide dance studio franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Perform daily optimizations such as bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, and creative testing.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines, and messaging to generate qualified leads and intro lesson bookings.
- Develop retargeting and nurture campaigns that move prospects through the customer journey.
- Collaborate with web/dev and design teams to improve landing pages and conversion flows.
- Onboard and educate studio partners on paid programs and performance insights.
- Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with promotions and seasonal initiatives.
- Produce SEO-informed content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and press releases.
- Implement on-page SEO elements and ensure brand voice consistency across assets.
- Build and deploy segmented email campaigns supporting lead nurturing and retention.
- Write and test compelling email copy, subject lines, and messaging.
- Support field teams with corporate email/SMS tools and program adoption.
- Deliver performance reporting across paid, organic, email, and content channels.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights for leadership and studio stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing playbooks and SOPs for studio enablement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns with Google Ads and paid social.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, blogs, and email.
- Working knowledge of content and SEO best practices plus CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Meta Ads, and AI tools.
- Experience with TikTok, Bing Ads, Reddit, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator able to translate data into simple insights for non-marketers.
- Collaborative, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced learning environment.
