Seeking a motivated professional to lead outbound lead generation efforts with AI-driven tools, bridging marketing and sales to deliver qualified enterprise meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a steady stream of qualified meetings, emphasizing enterprise accounts in the first half of the year
- Maintain high enterprise representation in all scheduled calls and create BDR-sourced opportunities in HubSpot
- Execute targeted outreach from ICP lists via multi-channel cadences including email, calls, AI voice, and LinkedIn
- Develop and deploy personalized AI voice and video content for key prospects using specialized platforms
- Implement social engagement strategies on LinkedIn and Reddit to warm up leads prior to direct contact
- Monitor and respond to buying signals like hires, funding, tech shifts, and engagements with AI prioritization
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS with proven quota attainment
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Amplemarket, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo
- Excellent communication skills for scalable personalization
- Independent initiative in a dynamic setting
- Bonus: AI video/voice tool experience, MEDDPICC qualification knowledge, enterprise sales background, SaaS to HR sales, social outreach expertise, AI sales application interest
