Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a steady stream of qualified meetings, emphasizing enterprise accounts in the first half of the year
  • Maintain high enterprise representation in all scheduled calls and create BDR-sourced opportunities in HubSpot
  • Execute targeted outreach from ICP lists via multi-channel cadences including email, calls, AI voice, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and deploy personalized AI voice and video content for key prospects using specialized platforms
  • Implement social engagement strategies on LinkedIn and Reddit to warm up leads prior to direct contact
  • Monitor and respond to buying signals like hires, funding, tech shifts, and engagements with AI prioritization

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS with proven quota attainment
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Amplemarket, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo
  • Excellent communication skills for scalable personalization
  • Independent initiative in a dynamic setting
  • Bonus: AI video/voice tool experience, MEDDPICC qualification knowledge, enterprise sales background, SaaS to HR sales, social outreach expertise, AI sales application interest
