The Business Development & Marketing Associate role at ITAC involves aiding in the expansion of client relationships through marketing support, social media management, proposal preparation, and administrative tasks for a leading engineering and construction firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation, design, and distribution of marketing materials using relevant software and creative writing skills
- Manage and update the company’s social media channels with timely content
- Handle special projects such as events, trade shows, sponsorships, and employee activities
- Assist in preparing, editing, and proofreading proposals and qualifications packages to meet brand standards and RFP requirements
- Perform desktop publishing for consistent formatting and finalize documents
- Provide general administrative assistance as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in business development or marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Canva, Procore, and ITAC CRM
