Support the development and execution of global trade marketing strategies for a luxury skincare brand, with emphasis on digital channels and retail activations across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global trade marketing strategies within retailers’ frameworks
  • Contribute to brand equity and sales growth through targeted digital online activities
  • Coordinate with retailer marketing teams and internal stakeholders to execute trade activations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on digital trade marketing channels and optimization by campaign and market
  • Evolve strategies using data analysis and adjust investments within allocated budgets
  • Manage the overall digital trade marketing plan and ensure timely, on-budget execution aligned with objectives
  • Collaborate with digital, brand, and creative teams to improve performance and knowledge sharing
  • Own KPIs, reporting, and measurement of trade marketing channels including ROI analysis
  • Provide competitive intelligence and post-campaign evaluations at global level
  • Manage global promotional frameworks, launches, sell-in/sell-out initiatives, and asset timelines

Qualifications

  • MSc in Business, Marketing & Communications or Digital Marketing preferred
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience with strong digital credentials, preferably in beauty or luxury
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP or analytics tools such as SAP or Power BI
  • Proven leadership delivering retail growth through digital channels with clear ROI/ROAS evidence
  • Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English; French or German a plus
  • Fast learner, agile, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with remote work
