Support the Sales and Marketing team in driving sales through the creation of marketing materials, digital content, lead generation efforts, relationship building with buyers and locals, selection processes, and community oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid New Home Consultants during sales and selection activities
• Maintain a professional representation of the company with an enthusiastic demeanor
• Help prepare model homes for optimal presentation
• Support presentations to real estate agents
• Manage customer registrations and data entry in the Pivotal system
• Collaborate on designing and distributing promotional flyers for events like open houses to boost attendance
• Manage inventory home promotions by updating websites, monitoring timelines, editing images, and verifying prices
• Handle administrative tasks such as document processing, price adjustments, and supply management
• Ensure the precision of sales literature, brochures, and online content
• Contribute to special initiatives and tactical marketing strategies as needed
• Participate in organizing and executing promotional events
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis
