Support outreach and account-based marketing initiatives for nursing education programs by identifying target accounts, conducting engagement activities, and assisting in campaign execution within a collaborative edtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and profile nursing programs and decision-makers aligned with campaign objectives.
- Maintain detailed CRM records to support the sales pipeline.
- Perform outreach via phone and LinkedIn to educators and administrators.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate event, webinar, and conference follow-ups.
- Assist in ABM and lead-nurturing campaign execution while tracking outreach metrics and preparing performance reports.
- Collaborate on messaging refinement and outreach strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred; retail, call center, or campus ambassador roles accepted.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, confident approach.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest in education, healthcare, or technology preferred.
