Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling email content and sales collateral
- Aid in designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Monitor and interpret data to uncover patterns and recommendations
- Support A/B experiments and enhancements for campaigns
- Manage specific tasks under mentorship from experienced marketing and analytics professionals
- Ensure CRM data integrity and investigate automation options
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently finished a bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, communications, data science, statistics, or equivalent
- Proven involvement in producing marketing materials like emails, social posts, newsletters, ads, or academic assignments
- Excellent writing and interpersonal abilities with focus on consistent branding
- Proficiency in numerical evaluation using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Analytics
- Quick adapter to novel software and constructive input
- Knowledge of ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and AI tools (preferred)
- Understanding of testing methods, audience segmentation, and refinement strategies (preferred)
- Introductory use of analytics software like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or visualization techniques (preferred)
- Background in email marketing and CRM oversight (preferred)
- Involvement in organizing events and handling logistics (preferred)
