Lead the growth strategy for a digital marketing consultancy specializing in scaling high-ticket coaching and consulting businesses through direct conversion funnels, paid campaigns, and sales integration. This remote role, exclusive to LATAM residents, combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to drive lead quality, revenue, and funnel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize conversion funnels to boost lead volume and quality, manage end-to-end processes from ads to closer scheduling, and develop data-backed strategies.
  • Create persuasive copy for ads across funnel stages, landing pages, emails, automated sequences, and lead magnets to enhance audience engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, evaluate key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CPL, and collaborate with media buyers and designers for creative execution.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to incorporate lead feedback, align strategies, and improve booking rates through regular check-ins.
  • Monitor performance trackers on a daily and weekly basis, provide clear reports to the CEO on achievements and recommendations, and conduct data-driven experiments and optimizations.
  • Enhance marketing processes by updating playbooks, documenting procedures, integrating efficiency-boosting tools, and promoting team-wide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation via sales funnels, ideally in a marketing agency or performance consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with direct conversion funnels and product launches.
  • Expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar traffic acquisition platforms.
  • Proficiency in crafting high-impact copy for ads, web pages, and emails.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret core metrics and guide data-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot.
  • Advanced English proficiency in reading and listening.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to ongoing improvement, data-based decision-making, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
  • Proactive, autonomous approach with excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills.
