Key Responsibilities

• Design and initiate a worldwide ambassador initiative from the ground up
• Establish program framework, motivation structures, levels, and evaluation frameworks
• Hire, integrate, and oversee ambassadors in various global locations
• Create efficient tools for monitoring achievements, compensations, and interactions
• Formulate reward strategies aligned with expansion indicators like referrals, sign-ups, and participation
• Partner with marketing, community, and alliance teams
• Engage with key opinion leaders, influencers, and regional community figures
• Execute promotional efforts, events, and projects via ambassadors
• Evaluate initiative outcomes and refine using data insights
• Develop procedures, standards, and optimal methods for enduring expansion

Qualifications

• Over 4 years in growth, community building, alliances, or ambassador initiatives
• Demonstrated success in establishing or expanding ambassador, referral, or affiliate schemes
• Solid grasp of community-led expansion and customer onboarding
• Background handling global demographics and remote collaborations
• Robust analytical approach with proficiency in outcome measurements
• Skill in coordinating diverse stakeholders and interdisciplinary groups
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
