As the inaugural marketing leader at RegattaDB, an emerging AI data infrastructure firm, you will establish the entire marketing function, overseeing HubSpot implementation, awareness initiatives, and demand creation to drive sales pipeline in a technical enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing’s impact on sales pipeline generation.
- Oversee and refine HubSpot operations, including contact handling, attribution, site enhancements, lead qualification, and analytics.
- Develop and execute campaigns with defined objectives and thorough evaluations.
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted engagements in relevant discussions, communities, publications, events, and collaborations.
- Partner closely with sales to monitor outreach progress, funnel dynamics, and deals, integrating insights into marketing strategies.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing efforts, crafting personalized programs for key enterprise targets.
- Formulate an SEO approach centered on buyer-specific technical keywords.
- Direct website enhancements for better performance and conversions, including testing and content alignment.
- Orchestrate multi-channel demand campaigns across paid, email, content, and events, emphasizing measurement and refinement.
- Administer HubSpot comprehensively, covering contacts, scoring, attribution, automation, and reporting.
- Support SDR team alignment on messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting, using feedback for program adjustments.
- Create dashboards for leadership to track marketing’s role in pipeline, customer acquisition costs, and revenue.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in B2B marketing, ideally including early-stage roles focused on creating systems from scratch.
- Proven history of directly influencing sales pipelines beyond mere lead creation.
- Strong interest in AI’s evolving influence on marketing practices.
- Ability to distinguish between markets requiring education versus activation.
- Preferred experience targeting buyers in data, analytics, or AI infrastructure sectors.
