Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust growth marketing plan utilizing digital channels to boost member acquisition, engagement, and retention across all Roadpass Digital offerings.
- Direct cross-functional teams in launching creative marketing campaigns on multiple platforms, optimizing for performance, ROI, and innovation.
- Evaluate campaign metrics and user data to generate insights that refine strategies and enhance customer experiences.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for growth programs, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet key objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies for emerging opportunities and market challenges.

Qualifications
- Over 8 years in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in acquiring customers and increasing revenue.
- Prior experience leading marketing teams, emphasizing strong leadership and talent nurturing.
- Proficiency in digital channels like SEM, SEO, social media, and email, including relevant tools and practices.
- Advanced analytical abilities for interpreting data; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or Looker advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills for presenting to executives and stakeholders.
- Track record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid business insight into market trends, customer behaviors, and industry developments.
