Lead Clearstory’s partnerships efforts to establish a dynamic construction technology ecosystem that generates substantial revenue through strategic collaborations, transforming integrations into key growth drivers and enhancing product adoption across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the ecosystem and partnerships strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact integration and strategic partners
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships across the construction technology landscape
  • Design and operationalize co-selling motions in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Partner with Product to align integration roadmap with ecosystem priorities
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and scale joint go-to-market initiatives including webinars, events, content, and marketplace presence
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue
  • Drive partner activation strategies that increase customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Represent Clearstory at industry events, partner forums, and ecosystem conversations
  • Lay the foundation for and eventually build a scaled partnerships organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building or scaling partnerships functions in B2B SaaS environments
  • Track record of owning or significantly influencing partner-driven revenue
  • Experience establishing and operationalizing co-sell motions with sales teams
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and activating strategic integration partnerships
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at senior levels
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Familiarity with ecosystem-driven growth models, especially in complex or traditional industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or field services
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term revenue impact
  • Experience influencing product roadmap decisions through ecosystem insights
  • Strong plus: Experience in vertical SaaS or ERP-adjacent platforms
  • Strong plus: Worked in Series B–D stage companies
  • Strong plus: Built partner tiering frameworks and activation programs from scratch
  • Strategic operator who turns relationships into revenue, operates at executive and detailed levels, thrives in ambiguity, builds from zero, and drives business outcomes through partnerships
  • Understands complex software ecosystems and positions products as critical layers within them
